Matan Management & Maintenance Services was founded in 1992. The company deals in property maintenance, both in the business and private sectors.

For the last 10 years Matan Management & Maintenance Services has concentrated on property management. Experience has shown that property maintenance is more efficient when performed by a single entity on an on-going basis. Our customers benefit from all maintenance issues being handled under the same umbrella.

Matan Management & Maintenance Services is run by Mr. Shmuel Blumenblath, who has 35 years of experience in various fields of management and maintenance. For 20 years, Shmuel ran a variety of businesses in South Africa , including hotels, an electronics company and a company that serviced and supplied ships.

This broad variety of expertise enables Shmuel to do business at all levels.

Shmuel finds innovative solutions to all maintenance-related issues. Customer dreams become reality on a timely basis within budget limitations.

Amongst others, Mr. Blumenblath has worked with Anglo Saxon (Multico) and the Kochav Yair Municipality on a contractor basis. Both required budget management, multi-projects, co-ordination of materials, quality control and healthy customer relations.

Over the years, Shmuel has repaired many buildings in the private sector which have suffered neglect and thus require costly repair. He found that the main reason for this state was the fact that nobody really knew how to maintain the buildings properly. Apart from the esthetic side, run down buildings are a financial hazard to the owners.

Matan Management & Maintenance Services is a pioneer in property management in the private sector and is seeking to improve this situation.
